My Dashboard on EIBilling.com

As a provider, once you log in to the EIBilling site, you are directed to My Dashboard, your home screen.

Here, you can view the status of the service records you have uploaded to the site. In the image above, the first line reads “Waiting for you to submit to Fulton”, lists the number of claims to be submitted, and the amount you are billing for. If you click “View”, you are directed to the “Generate File to County” page.

Here, you see the Authorization Number of the claims you are billing for, the Rendering NPI, the number of units, and the amount billed for each claim. This batch of claims will be sent to the county designated in the top right corner and is associated with the invoice number listed.  You can select whichever claims you would like to submit, and click Submit Bill. Those claims will then be sent to the county.

To return back to the My Dashboard screen, click “My Dashboard” on the task bar.

In the image above, the second line reads “Waiting for Fulton to process”, lists the number of claims, and the amount you are billing for. If you click “View”, you are directed to the “KIDS Batch Status” page.

Here, you can see the applicable county in the drop down menu. The invoice number of the bill, the county for which the claims were submitted, the number of claims in each batch, the amount billed, the date the claims were submitted, and the date the claims were downloaded by the county, and the date the county uploaded a response file are displayed in the chart. Once the county downloads the batch of claims, the date the claims were downloaded will appear in this chart, as will the date the county uploaded the response file. If you would like to return to My Dashboard, simply click “My Dashboard” on the task bar.

The “My Dashboard” page allows for providers to easily track the progress of the service records they have entered into the EIBilling site and to monitor the activity of the bills they have submitted to their county. For a video tutorial, please click here.
