Resetting or Changing Your Password

 If you have forgotten your username or password for the EIBilling site, it is easy to reset this information. On the home screen, click Log In.

 

Here, you can see two links, Forgot My Username and Forgot My Password. If you have forgotten your username, click Forgot My Username.


 

You can enter the email address associated with that username and your username will be sent to your email.

If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot My Password.



Here, enter your username and email address, and a new password will be sent to you.


If you would like to change your password, click on My Profile on the task bar.

 

You can update your password here by typing in your current password, the new password you would like to use, confirming that new password, and clicking Change Password.
