If you would like to see if the fiscal agent has received an EOB for a
claim, you can search by the child's last name, policy number or patient account number for that claim in the Reporting EOB's page.
If you have not received an EOB for a claim and would like to see if the IFA has received one, you can find the policy number or the patient account number on EIBilling.com. You can find the policy number in the
Child Lookup under the "Insurance Policies" tab. You can find the patient account number in a claim's
Billing History, in the "e277 Claim Reference Number" column.
You can then enter either number into the
Reporting EOB's page or search by Child's Last Name. If payment or denial information has already been entered for a claim, the IFA has received an EOB for that claim and the provider does not need to enter one.
