are NOT subject to New York State Insurance Law with regard to the Early
Intervention Program. Please note that the items in this list are plan
names.
It is important to note that this is only a

contain all the non-regulated plans that service coordinators may identify.
This means that if a plan is on this list it is not
regulated. If a plan is not on this list, it may or may not be
